It's out of character command for rp server /o

Didn't helped. I'm not an RP/G player, and i'll can only help u if you tell me something like this:

"My command should give player a blue sultan, but it gives a red taxi instead"

It's a global out of character chat, like /o hi guys, every one can see this message. Like in freeroam server, when you type something everyone can see/read it. something like that

What he is saying is what is actually happening instead of the desired output. When you do "/o Hello World" Nothing happens at all? Or what is happening that shouldn't. By saying "This command is not working", it is hard for someone to help you
