Pickups and objects - BKarner - 02.05.2014

I went onto a server today and found this pickup:

I cannot find it in ANY wiki but it obviously exists, can anyone tell me where there are hidden pickups like these around?

By the way, there aren't hidden pickups. Pickups can be any object (as far as i know)
