how to make so that when you click the TAB and clicked on the player appeared menu.

как сделать чтобы при нажатии кнопки TAB и кликал на игрока высвечивалось меню.
Но чтобы я был не под Rcon админом и не админом с уровнями а просто обычный игрок!
То есть клик работал через мой ник!
