I have the gm but it is being translated from russian to english so it will be some time for it to be finished and the best gm Is the one you make not one that is found somewhere.

You're true about this, after all, it's just a advanced version of cops and robbers. The result is always gangs vs factions, most of the time there isn't even RP involved.
