My LSPD NPC Isn't working on the host , Why? - D3vin - 30.04.2014

I've got an NPC Which is named LSPDWoman (bot) i press "Y" on it to get a Dialog , it worked perfectly on a local server (127.................) and now i uploaded the script on the host , i can't see the japanize woman of the LSPD nor her ID on "tab" but when i press "Y" i get the menu , please help me
