MySQL cfg question - GreyHairGamer - 30.04.2014

I am having an issue loading mysql plugin. It won't load. Is there an example of a mysql.cfg for a server and not for your own computer out that that can be used as an example or could anyone assist?

I am with Vortex servers and the plugin is updated.
