I want to fix this problem (video) - spykidz01 - 30.04.2014

guys i got this problem!
On exactly 1 second of the video "Server Rules" are popping out! And a server message on about "Register Account". And after that "Welcome Message" popped and also the "Login Box" My Problem is, Why do this message is gone after that "Server Rules" popped out?

SERVER: Your account isn't registered. Please register (/register)

(Also I want to remove that server rule when connecting in the game, how can i fix it?)
