IRC Help - Vikshay - 29.04.2014

I am a scripter on a server and my problem is, when i am uploading the IRC Plugin in the Control Panel, the bot does not join the server. I tried to do for hours and it still didn't work.. Plz Help me ASAP.
It works fine when i do a test run on localhost:7777

Btw, which one should i add, SSL or Non SSL ? What is the difference ?

I don't think you can use the hash/pound symbol (#) and spaces in nicknames. SSL provides encryption. This usually isn't necessary.

My host is a Linux one I suspect, but the file of the plugin doesn't work their. They request only .so files and yet I used the .so file and it still won't work.


Any suggestions?

Hello there I am a scripter on the server he is in, and we fixed the problem. Linux hosting needs a special download of irc library.
