Top Score List? - Affan - 23.04.2014

So I'm using this tutorial : https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=453675

What I want to do is show the Top 5 players
Example:
Player 1 - 500 score
Player 2 - 400 score
Player 3 - 300 score
Player 4 - 200 score
Player 5 - 100 score

And show this to all the player. Any help? Thanks.

I tried the first one, but when there are 3 players it shows like this
Affan
Leouce
Lecouce

^ The third player name was Batman. Any fix for this then?
