100Mb Connection Help - SPA - 20.04.2014

Hello,
I want to bought VPS from OVH, i have a question, it saied in list that the connection speed is 100 Mb , but does this 100 Mb can make server not lag in 200 players? i mean if i get 200+ players server wont lag at all ??
