They have been BETA testers for a while before. I believe it is because they have larger servers meaning they can test the latest builds.

Beta testers are selected by Kalcor and the team to test upcoming versions of SA-MP, and as StuartD stated they are generally players who own popular servers, as they are ideal places to test things out on.

Also almost all of them have been playing since the beginning of SA:MP.

Anyway, Aha.... You have to be very well known around the SA:MP community with your own server and things. It's supplementary to have atleast a two year knowledge of the way SA:MP runs and stuff like that
