Hello ladies and Gentlemen, many of you may know me as Danny, commonly seen on Role-play servers.

I am now at a stage where, every server I got to, I see a load of bullshit.

DM'ers, MG'ers, Shitty admins and Owners who are in-capable of owning their own servers.

So I am here to speak to you, about a new possibility I am placing forwards.

I am going to be starting my own server but I need the help of YOU guys, to get me started.
(I have a script I am confident in using.)
Anything you want to help out with, whether it be mapping, scripting or doing work on some forums, Just add me onto Skype and I'd love to get into a discussion with you!

You're way better of joining a server with an existing player base and improving it instead of starting a project that will most probably die out after a few months.

I have the funding which can keep me up for longer than a year already, so if anything needs buying, I'm capable of accessing that. ( and no, To everyone who knows me, It isn't drug money.)

I am tired of attempting to get started into the existing servers and I feel I can benefit a lot more with the aid of support I can express to new players.

Funding is not important, time is money and developing a reputable server requires years or at least months if you're a team of 2-4 persons. Hosting is very cheap and there's no need for a vBulletin license for $300 when there is free software available out there.

You seem very immature and I don't really think you would be able to run a community succesfully to be honest.

In summary, save your parents money for harder times when you're on your own and enter an already existing server to gather more skills. A tip would be to introduce yourself in a more professional manner if you want people to be interested. Just because you have this "new idea" (which is posted by several users every second day) does not tell us who you are or what you're capable of.

It doesn't take much effort to bite your lip and respond with one mature statement, however the OP didn't strike me as particularly immature anyway.
