When i edit any thing in Pawno and and click compile the amx file automatically delete

Yes, Because it's in the process of compiling and when pawno finishes it's process you'll get gamemode.amx.

If you get errors, it gets deleted. You need to fix the errors and then compile. Or else, see what Patrol has said.
