SAMP doesnt load, only Single Player - wilko1995 - 17.04.2014

Hello all,

Im trying to reinstall SAMP on my computer but it wont load, only single player starts.

Ive been trying to fix this issue for about a day and so far no luck. I followed what the wiki says to do but still no luck.
