Create the trash object behind the truck with: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/CreateObject
And Move the Object to the ground with: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/MoveObject
You can optionally destroy them when you drive away or when they hit the ground with: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/DestroyObject
