GTA SA/SAMP not working, reinstalled both - Mobeen - 16.04.2014

Before I had BSOD 3 times each time I play SA-MP for about 5 minutes. Now I reinstalled GTA:SA + SAMP and it's just closing. When I go onto single player it says "GTASA.EXE has stopped working" and closes the game, and when I go on SAMP it shows:



I have Windows 8.1. Does anybody else have this problem? I heard it's related to changing the compatibility mode from Windows 8 to Windows 98 / Windows Me. I've tried that and it doesn't work.

Windows 8.1 has problems running the game.

what's BSOD 3 reinstall your game or try dragging the GTA San andreas folder to your desktop and try running it from they.

sometimes this works with others however, everytime i reinstall a game i always drag out the folder to my desktop because the mods etc, and stuff are still they even if i reinstall my game dose not matter it still shows.
