the lines which he marked with red has the code for gamemode go in pawno/include folder and look for includes which he marked

Take the .pwn out. for example, the RIGHT way: #include <mysql>

Do NOT write: #include <mysql.pwn>.
Anyways, include files are .inc, not .pwn.

You must to use a file .inc, and not .pwn.
