Flickering texture bug? - Aldaz108 - 15.04.2014

Anyone else get this? I got no mods which change major textures, just weapons, overdose and skin mods. No vehicles or landscape mods. I noticed that some mountain textures flicker while I move my mouse. I also noticed some shadows are doing it too. Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

GTX 650ti SSC 2gb
AMD Quad Core 4Ghz
8gig Ram
Windows 7
1080p screen

Too big render distance. Probably your timecyc.dat
