SAMP cannot running? - PAF - 15.04.2014

i installed windows 8.1 and one i start a server on windows 8.1 it was starting but after a time it gave me report crash error!help +REP

Run in compatibility mode for windows xp/98 and run as admin. I did this a week or two ago on my friends win8 PC.
