How can i change daytime !

my server when reach to 7:00pm . it still bright and has a sun light like the morning or afternoon , how can i edit it become a night day . please help me . thank for visit my topic

I CHANGED , but still like morning at 6:00-8:00 PM , I must to weatherall 40 , but when its reach to 9:00pm . the weather all place become a flood too dark
