SA-MP Chat/Resolution bug - WhateverRP - 13.04.2014

So, whenever I minimize my game (GTA:SA:MP), My chat gets completely distorted and I can't see a thing, sometimes, it disappears. But when set on lower resolutions like 1024x768 or 800x600, chat is fine.
I think that the chat changes resolution instead of just the game, and it goes so wide that it just disappears, or just leaves traces of it. (http://i.imgur.com/3PYkVLE.png). My GTA is not modded.

I'm using a nVidia GF 6600 LE graphic card

I tried:
- Reinstalling drivers
- Deleting .set
- Windowed mode
- Adjusting 3D settings
- Reinstalling both
- Switching compability modes (all of them)
