Guys,i want to make point system,but can someone help me or give me example of 1 point of them?like tell me how to do it,please dont give me tutorials,i tried them all,i can script but i need to know how to make it

point system means :
it's a system for gangs ,gangs fight to claim it using /claim,the same as RP servers...NGRP and...
only r5 can claim the point and he has to wait at the claim position for 10 seconds to capture it,and after 10 minutes of claiming it the gang he is in wins it,thats all
