Use a DNS server, link it to your website and make the DNS re-direct to your server IP.

> Go to your web host
> Navigate to DNS Panel
> Hit add a new record
> Add your server IP in to the box along with the sub domain (Something like samp.Yourdomin.blah)
> Hit finish (give it 5 minutes to update)

It should be something along the lines of that.

From what I can tell he wants the actual IP address instead of the DNS resolved version. So 127.0.0.1. I'd recommend using ping to find out the IP.

The IP address you posted resolves: 107.155.72.236

But it keeps retrieving info but the ping is working

Remove the other one (the DNS IP) from your favourite list, then you probably need to restart SA-MP launcher.
