Script Error - Seifspeed - 10.04.2014

I just Downloaed a script that doesn't have no server.exe no includes.......
How am i supposed to open it.

You download the includes, along with the default server pack from sa-mp.com, and put them into the corresponding folders. It's that simple.

Download the server 0.3z. copy all files you've download to correct folder. don't forget to recompile it before you start the server.exe

But it has an include that is called Hbg-rp.

Then you got to get it from the person who made the include.

Unless, of course, it's a leaked script, which makes it your own fault.
