It gives me this problem

It's been many months since sa-mp.gs start hosting free sa-mp servers, still they have a lot of bugs to fix and errors. So for now start switching to other free sa-mp hosting servers.

No. You've totally ignored the entire notion of free servers.

Largely, they're very good. sa-mp.gs is very good, triangle.gs is very good. I'm a supporter of triangle.gs because of its very good support, admin/control menu and general reliability. I've had few problems with it.

Because, They think SA-MP Forum is merged with the hosts, Like in past people used to report volt-host here and beta testers kept on locking the topic ending 'Report on there host'.
