Java error - Yves - 09.04.2014

am trying to open this program for my samsung s3 and it's saying this

A java runtime environment (JRE) or Java Development kit (JDK) must be avabilabe in order to run
No java virtua machine was found after seaching the following locations:
C: Users/Yves/Desktop/program/jre/bin/javaw.exe in your current PATH

can somebody help me please.

Just re-install Java, or make sure you installed the correct version (32 or 64 bit).
