Well because Zezombia's converter was taken off and he didn't reupload it I decided to make my own.
** Coded in Visual Studio C++.

It's spelled Second not Secounds

You might need to download .Net FrameWork 3.5 from http://www.microsoft.com/

Hi,
By accident I wrote a programm wich is quiet similar with yours... It has got some more functions, but it's also a milliseconds calculator...
I think I'll release it, but I will give you some "credits" in the post, you were faster
