Well, i have a basic NG:RP edited.

I want to edit more. the features/vips/textdraws, the server intro. the server textdraws and the other cmds

is that allowed?

Yes nobody can stop you from using it however, keeping the credit for NGG would be a good idea i know its been leaked many of times and that server dose not give a care so if you want to edit the gamemode yourself its up to you and no it wont get you banned from the SA-MP forums or server being blacklisted.

EDIT: just gotta say this they be no point using that script unless you really good at editing stuff and re coding all the saving stuff and making it look new. adding more jobs and crap like that

For everyone else that think's NGRP is not allowed to be used well why don't you take a look back at the Project:LA server they based of NGRP and edited it fully so if you saying this person can't do it then why is P:LA doing it?

Yes its allowed but first tell the script owner and ask his permission

SA:MP Beta mods (******, Dugi and others) but admins also like Kalcor, SA-MP(User probably). Once the server gets spotted by one of the NGG administrators, than it get's reported to SA:MP staff who block the IP.

IMO there's really no point, there's already 38483 of the same servers out there.

If you don't want to get into any trouble be it from SA-MP or NGG just don't use the script, there are plenty others or even take the time to develop your own.
