Problem with fetching data from internet - vuldemart - 02.04.2014

Hi everyone, i just downloaded sa:mp 0.3z , and its been a long time i played SA or SAMP. I installed everything correctly, but SAMP is not showing anything on the internet tab, i refreshed few times to fetch data from master server but nothing happened, then added few server address on the favorite tab, theres 0/0 players no ping and nothing. i turned off my kaspersky antivirus thing and the firewall thing too.. whats wrong i cant figure out where am i going wrong??
Today suddenly everything was ok and i played for like an hour and thought it was ok. So after playing i turned off my laptop and the next time it was back on its same problem i tried everything please tell me whats wrong..

Try flushing your DNS maybe...

Open Command Prompt(cmd.exe), and type in "ipconfig/flushdns".

nope its not working. more interesting part is sometimes my sa:mp responds normally and sometimes its like i have no internet connection activated..
