Object appearing - Sergeant - 01.04.2014

Hello, I've found it once but i can't find it again,

When i open up GTA SA : SAMP, everyting is fine but when i start driving roads and buildings starts to grey-out and i ca'nt really see clearly, I have a mod for my streets, before it worked perfectly but now the mod is flickering when this occures. If i drive an NRG top speed, this happends, if i walk/run around it's fine.

What solved this problem before was a fix i found, not sure what the name was or where i found it, if you know what I'm speaking about please provide me a link and/or name of this fix.

The fix made all objects process alot faster and were visible even when i /velocity through the world.

If the object is to much placed on another object it will start flickering (If it's mapped).

Does it happens on all servers?..

You could also check the draw distance in the settings.

Or the mod created the issue I guess, unistall it or if you still want it try with a re-install.

No this actually appears even in single player, I think I might have putted alot of mods in the gta3.img file but, there was a fix for this, i've been searching like crazy to find it again. The buildings and roads dissapear and it's like im dirinvg in the sky because they don't even process.
