Hey can you respond this?

If somene use a leaked a script for example NGG or P:LA Script or other which has copyright, will he get something like blacklisted? Or something like sue. Or If he is running on Free host how will NGG, PLA or other Scripts owner find out who is the owner of the script.

Please respond the question, its necessary..

No, they wont get blacklisted.
It's kind of stating scripts back in the old days when people use to use GodFather Script and just edit/add more stuff in.
Also, it's abit pointless to use a copyright script because the players who are playing on that server are mostly dedicated players and not just a one night stand type of players.

Many servers run on leaked scripts, never heard of blacklist.

Just don't. First of all, you won't be successful, you will look like a douche and there is a chance your host will tell you to change your script when contacted by NGG

Both scripts are copyrighted and both server owners will take legal action I believe. It's best not to. Also, just because something is an edit doesn't mean it can't be copyrighted, all code created after the edit is available to copyright. The only non-copyrighted part would be the small amounts of code that are still there from the original game mode.

According to Sa-mp Policies, there is Strict Rule Available, if Some one leaked Script, the real owner of script,can show the proof, and he can get justice, Samp will delete the release/leaked script thread and ban that person + that server will get blacklisted.
Some big known Scammers name as Insulin,Kn1ghts are banned, because they scammed our old GM, and leaked and scammed about 50+$ and servers hosted tab suspended.
we always sign a Legal Agreement from Developer which we hire for community.
