Why do you need to aggressively try to copy a game, when you dont even know it? So you would create some tdm and just name it battlefield 3, in the hope that this will get you some extra players?
Sorry, but thats stupid. Just create a TDM that you like and name it however you like, but dont try a second hand china-clone-like gamemode.

He probably found a call of duty script and will just rename all the teams to BF3 teams.
