I used 6.4 64bit but it have a lot of problems that need to fix like libmysql problem and etc ...
what is your opinion ?

If you love CentOS, use the 6.4 version with the 32-bit kernel. Works like a charm. If you're using this and bump into any errors, feel free to PM me regarding the issue. 64-bit.. meh it's more powerful but memory consuming and the space goes off the charts, so yeah
Use Debian Squeeze, offers more programs at the cost of stability

If you can't fix that problem then you need to switch to a hosting company like volt shit.
Also if your server doesn't have more then 4GB (4096MB) of ram then you should not be using a 64bit OS.
