Little help with FLASH CMD - LazyGamer99 - 28.03.2014

Hi there, i need little help with flasher filterscript that i inserted into my GM, but the thing is everything is working just fine like if i would added it as FS, but the problem is it's not creating the object that it should create. So anyone could help me with this?
