[Help] Event System - Simou - 27.03.2014

i need e nice event system
/event to join in event
/leaveevent to leave the event
cmd admins:
/chatevent to tell the rules to the players who are in the event
/startevent [name] [price] to announce the event to all
/efreeze to free all players who are in the event
/eunfreeze to unfree all players who are in the event
/egiveweapon to give weapon to players who are in the event
/esethp to set hp of player who are in the event
/esetarmour to set armour of players who are in the event
/lockevent which the palyer who are out event can't /event
/winner [id] Gives the specified player the prize defined at /startevent

and Admin lvl 1 can do the event

please Help me
