my server is not showing up to me and to my friends but in http://monitor.sacnr.com/ it's telling me that it's running when I run it so how I can see it? and my friend

For your friend give this IP. Get it here (www.ipchicken.com)
And give him (12.34.56.78:1234)

You use your lan adress, Get it like this

Start > Run.exe > cmd > ipconfig
