Can't acces sa-mp.com - Eugene. - 26.03.2014
For some reasons I can't access sa-mp.com and files.sa-mp.com just forum.sa-mp.com.
I heard that few more people from Romania has the same issue. Any clue how to fix it?
Note: I can't access Internet and Hosted aswell from the client.

I'm from holland and sometimes get this issue myself. I flush my DNS - and it works after for me.

Try to use a proxy website;
https://www.hidemyass.com/proxy/
This would determine if it's a ISP issue, or a SA-MP issue.
