Single Player Works - Samp not. - Beckett - 25.03.2014

Well hello everybody, I've just bought a new laptop with a Windows8, I've installed GTA-SA on it aswell as SA-MP the thing is I've ******d and ******d figured the compatibility stuff, because it wasn't working at all after I've done the compatibility SA-MP starts when the Loading Screen appears SA-MP crashes (Not Responding), anyone knows how to fix this?

I had the same issue before what I did for this to fix it was I installed GTA SA in a different folder not the Rockstar Games one.

It isn't in the Rockstar one too.
