You need to enable remote mysql. This can be done via cpanel, add your server to the allowed hosts list from remote mysql page. If you are on localhost (hosting your server on localhost) add your own IP. If it is a hosting provider, add your server IP.

Also the password field can't be empty.

If you are using Linux you need to

bump nothing happen anyways its not script fault idk how to use wamp So Could anyone help me ?
