How to make ucp? like logs and things like that? i mean, i have to script it? what i have to add on the script? there's a tutorial or something? my server is not hosted tab

To make a UCP, you need knowledge in PHP, HTML and CSS. If you don't have any, you're screwed. Creating a UCP would take weeks, if not, months.

I just need admin ucp, to see the logs only, there's a tutorial for it? and its possible if my server is not hosted tab?

You don't need a "Admin UCP" to see logs. There's stocks people have created that create logs in the scriptfiles folder. Look around!
