You cannot run server on web hosting.

You cannot use 000webhost's MySQL database on your server.

You CAN use 000webhost to be your SQL server but you cannot use it to host your server.

You can't do that too. They ONLY allow their OWN IPs to be accessed by MySQL stuff (phpMyAdmin)
