Well what you can do is to move your hosting to a host which offers DDos protection, the protection will therefore take the hit instead of your server, PM me if you have any questions I am happy to answer I have owned a hosting company in the past.

You can use fixes2 plugin by ****** to analyze server messages: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=375925
Use OnServerMessage to analyze/block this attack:

Well, it depends on how big the attack is it is harder protecting from harder and bigger attacks but I would get some DDos proxy or change host to a hosting company which offers DDos protection.
