[Help] Vehicle Coordinates. - Malicious - 23.03.2014

Hello,

I am trying to find the coordinates for the rear bumper of the LSPD cruiser, but I can't seem to obtain the correct ones.
the reason for me trying to find the coordinates, is to add text to it, but everything I try seems to fail; please reply and help me out with this.
