when i start up the game from the disc after installing SAMP and downgrading it i can only see singeplayer and options how do i fix this that i can do san andreas multi player i

You don't launch SA-MP by launching from the disk. Search for SA-MP.exe and launch that. (You can find it by going into your GTA:SA folder. It's there if you installed it correctly)
