Freeze player destroys fire on the ground for him - CyNiC - 21.03.2014
The title explains all, if someone get frozen, all the fire particles will disappear and will not make damage also, it can let bad players abuse of common commands which is needed to being frozen(example: menus generated by CreateMenu, animations, shop), beyond other problems.
