Hey
I need help
See i created irc for my new server
#ug-cnr
But i dont know how to give perm voice or any other previlages
When i give voice..it only stayz untill im online....when go off line ..the voice goes
even the server bots loose the +op when i go ofline
pls help

Well dude.
To give perm voice or op or admin or mange or whatever you want you must make sure that the user registed at the IRC.
