LSPD gate and ramp by EzeeCube - Barchy - 19.03.2014

Hy mates.

Today I made for you simple LSPD gate and ramp wich is opened with car (HORN).
I hope I can say unique I checked around and didn't find something like that (olny on my server xD)
It's my first FS but I have much exeriance with scripting.
