Website issues -

Hello so tonight I have restarted my laptop and modem 10 or more times but I cant seem to connect to my servers website at sky-life.cu.cc everyone else can and I can acess any site but that and I am not sure how to fix it because I really dont want to use a slow proxy

Close your browser, Open command prompt and type the following.
'ipconfig /flushdns'

did that as well no luck on ****** chrome or internet explorer please help still no luck

Usually when I can't access a site I try it from different devices, have you got a phone or something along those lines? Also sometimes just going in incognito mode for chrome helps me sometimes.

incognito mode doesn't work nor does my nexus 5

Are you using your ISP DNS's?
If so, change them.
Here, in Portugal, the ISP's DNS servers rarely refresh[2 times per week, or what so ever]
Because of that, I'm using OpenDns dns services.

I am using what ever my shaw internet provider uses I can view any website but my own and I have tried ipconfig /flushdns but dosent work I have tried everything but I still cant acess my servers website at
http://sky-life.cu.cc I really don't know what to do I have tried everything I could find on ****** the only thing that works is an online proxy but they dont work to well please help I am starting to loose it because everyone else can connect to my site but me and I have tried both my computer and phone nothing is working
