0.3z.

Additional. Mostly people now updated their servers from 0.3x to 0.3z. Try to see server list from sa-mp client or check sacnr monitor.

0.3z also is better.
all of the servers is :

90% 0.3z
7% 0.3x
2% 0.3z-RC versions
1% 0.3a ~ 0.3e

This stats are not always correctly they are my guesses.

Of course sa-mp 0.3z is better as it's the latest.

I think most of them run it now, at least I hope so.
