Adding IRC to my script - Malicious - 16.03.2014

I've recently attempted to start using IRC on my server, which has had no effect at all - I've tried it in the script and the entire script fails to run (Commands don't work) and I then reverted to a filter script that also had no effect whatsoever, any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

I don't use skype :S

all I seem to have an issue with, is the IRC setup merging with the script.
